Referral Terms and Conditions
- Refer someone who is looking for new website, website redesign or maintenance services only.
- The referral must not contravene your company’s policy.
- Ideally, you should not be involved in the selection process. If you are, then you should declare the nature of your interest in the outcome to your manager before participating.
- The person being referred must not already be in our records.
- We will need the client to confirm that they used us as a result of your recommendation. If the client contacts us, mentioning that you referred them when they contact us initially is sufficient. (for offline referrals)
- A referral fee will not be paid where a sale is performed after 6 (six) months of the referral being made.
- The referral fee is payable only when the referral has contracted our services for a new website, website redesign or maintenance services.
- We may change these terms and conditions at any time.
